A crusher bearing in the Lake Zone or a kiln fan on the coast rarely fails suddenly — it fails slowly, then suddenly. Vibration, temperature and current monitoring puts a trend line on every critical motor, so maintenance happens on your schedule, not the machine's.

Boreholes, tanks and pump stations spread across a region can't be verified by calling the operator and hoping. Telemetry shows level, flow and pump status on one dashboard — and flags the dry-running pump before the motor burns out.

Most Dar es Salaam plants log downtime on paper, if at all. When a filling or milling line loses an hour a shift, nobody can say exactly where it went — so it keeps going. Live line monitoring puts a number and a reason on every stop.

  • A hydro-dependent grid. Tanzania's generation leans heavily on hydropower, and in dry years reservoir levels drop and load management is commonly applied. Monitoring that dies with the mains is useless exactly when you need it — our gateways are battery-buffered, log locally through every outage and back-fill the platform when power and signal return.
  • Distances that rule out casual site visits. Dar es Salaam to Mwanza is more than a thousand kilometres by road. Hardware is designed for months between physical visits: long-life batteries, solar options, remote diagnostics and over-the-air updates.
  • Coverage that ends where the sites begin. 4G is dependable in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza and Dodoma, far less so at a wellfield, quarry or exploration camp. We match the link to the site — 4G, or private LoRaWAN that needs no mobile operator at all — and every device stores and forwards.
  • Dar es Salaam port is the gateway. Equipment enters Tanzania by sea through Dar. We ship pre-configured hardware, document it properly for clearing, and design deployments so commissioning needs local electricians under our remote guidance — not a flight crew of specialists.
  • Budgets in shillings. Deployments start small — one crusher, one borehole cluster, one production line — and are priced with written cost bands after a free remote assessment.
